1 cup soaked rice for 2 hours
Salt
Grated coconut
Oil
Water
How to prepare
The Batter
Grind rice into a paste and mix paste coconut with the same
Add water
Add salt
Preparation
Put oil in a pan
Put the batter and turn to evenly spread
Keep in low heat for 2 minutes
Drop few drops of oil around the pan
Serve hot

How to prepare
Make thick batter
Keep it overnight
Put oil in pan and spread properly to cook

3. Mumbai Mysore Masala Dosa

For Dosa
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup chana dal
5 dry and broken Kashmiri red chillies
1 tbsp urad dal
3/4 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp chopped jaggery
1 tsp chilli powder
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp tamarind
Black pepper whole
Salt
For The Mysore Masala
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp chopped onions
2 tsp pav bhaji masala
2 tbsp grated beetroot
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
4 tbsp chopped capsicum
4 tbsp shredded cabbage
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tsp chilli powder

How to prepare
For the Mysore chutney
Heat oil in pan
Add chana and urad daal
Add red chillies and sauté
Add tamarind pulp, pepper, garlic, and jaggery
Cook for 1 min in low flame
Add chilli powder, coconut, and salt. Cook and mix well while stirring continuously
Let it cool and blend by mixing a little water
Add the coconut, chilli powder and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously
For the Mysore Masala
Sauté onion in heated butter
Add capsicum
Then add pav bhaji masala, carrots, coriander, beetroot, tomatoes, cabbage, chilli powder, and salt
Mix well
Making Dosa
Sprinkle water on heated tava
Rub it off when the water sizzles
Put batter and spread in an evenly circular way
Put butter and Mysore chutney evenly when the batter is a bit crisp
Then spread Mysore masala in the center
Serve with chutney

4. Cheese Dosa

3 cups of idli rice
1.5 cup of urad dal
Salt
Water
Oil for frying dosas
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
How to prepare
Soak urad daal and rice separately or 4 to 5 hours
Drain the water and combine them in a blender
Grind to get a smooth batter
Allow it to set for 7-8 hours
Add a little water and blend properly
Heat the pan and put little oil
Add the batter and spread evenly
Sprinkle oil and cook the other side
Put the cheese on one side
Fold the dosa and serve with chutney

5. Bread Dosa

Bread – 6 pieces
Rice flour – 2 tablespoon
Rava/Sooji – 1/2 cup
Yoghurt – 2 tablespoon
Chopped onion – 1 small
Chopped green chilli – 1 piece
Chopped coriander
Salt
Oil
How to prepare
Soak bread pieces in water and immediately squeeze
Mix yoghurt, both the Rava, rice and bread in a blender
Make a smooth paste
Add a little water
Mix the remaining ingredient and make a consistent batter
Heat oil in a pan
Put the batter and spread evenly
Flip it to the other side when one side is done
Make it really crispy and serve with chutney
